Employer Orientation Programme (EOP) Singapore

The Employer Orientation Programme (EOP) is a mandatory course required by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) for selected first-time employers intending to hire a Migrant Domestic Worker (MDW) in Singapore.

This programme helps employers understand their responsibilities, employment regulations, safety considerations, communication expectations and best practices when employing a foreign domestic worker.
